The apartment was brand-new, included a roll in shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. Thoroughly enjoyed a great-sized bathroom. Location: the hotel was so close to the centre of town, the Esplanade and supermarkets and town.

The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a very nice area, so close to both supermarkets and takeaways, malls & eateries and restaurants and town. The rooms were well-kept, huge with comfortable beds, ideal for us. The location in the middle of the town was excellent and unbeatable. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Butterfly Pond.

I found the hotel's location absolutely perfect, so close to the center of the city and shops and restaurants and eating places. I dined just next door to the property at Little India.

The stay for an over night or 2 night stay certainly was value for money. Also, location was handy and comfortable, within walking distance of Te Manawa Museum. There were a convenience store and a shopping area around the hotel❤👌

The room at Broadway Motor Inn was nicely decorated and conveniently located. I had a comfortable night's sleep on the cozy bed. The continental breakfast provided was enjoyable. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
