I greatly enjoyed this hotel. Had very good stay of 5 nights with accommodating staff and exceptionally nice location close to everything. The room was well-equipped and actually nicer than pictures has been refurbished.

The location of this hotel is amazing, with fantastic views of the water and Surfers Paradise in the distance. It is close to all the shopping centers in the area, as well as the theme parks, making it easy to get to attractions. The hotel facilities are good, with a kitchen and laundry in the apartment, as well as undercover parking which was useful, especially in the rain. The staff, specifically Diane at reception, were lovely and welcoming.

No complaints.

With four children between 6 + 10 the facilities were first class, from the sleeping arrangements, facilities and views, were definately 1st class. Would reccomend to the fussiest!!

Secure apartment, convenient location. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend the Broadwater Shores to my friends and family.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location in a great area away from the hustle and bustle was perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were all there. The rooms, though a bit hot, had stand-up fans and top views of the Broadwater.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was just fine.

The welcoming attitude from the manager was fabulous. Great pools and close to theme parks and shopping. Well appointed waterfront apartment with stunning views. Excellent service from managers, clear explanations. Newly refurbished with comfortable beds and fantastic Gold Coast views.

The view from the balcony was wonderful. Location was great, everything was within a short distance. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The second bedroom didnt have any air conditoner or fan. Got very hot on the warm days.

The Location was perfect for families wanting to access all the Theme Parks,Surfers Paradise and Harbour Town Shopping Centre. The Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything you needed for a budget stay,also having Foxtell was an advantage for older children on an evening.

I stayed in the room that was actually nicer than pictures has been refurbished and available with amazing views, double balcony and a standup fan-bedroom. The decor was nice and the staff were reasonably good. The location was excellent and unbeatable, relatively close to South Stradbroke Island Resort.

The apartment was spacious and clean, with great views from the top floor. Staff was helpful and provided weekly room service. Good location near theme parks, supermarket, cafes, and a restaurant. Access to swimming pools and fishing area. Wheelchair accessibility and suitable parking arrangements were made.
