The staff was very helpful and bathroom were cleaned daily by a team of two maids.
The hotel is very charming and the restaurant has an impressive list of imported wines.
The restaurant in the basement serves adequate food.

Good location, staff were very helpful in Booked buses and the Britania in San Jose was quite interesting. The room was clean enough, the free breakfast was minimal.

Helpful in giving us tips on the area and good stop over. Long stay at the britannia, secure, Friendly Staff and the room had a huge bathroom w/comfortable beds. Breakfast was quick and easy.

The staff were very nice and the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The restaurant downstairs was adequate and the food fine to good.
