  The central location, there is a bus station on the other side of the street and all the things you would expect from a good hotel. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant, lucky to have nice bath room this time.

  Clean as is at home, didnt have pillow protectors and the lifts also went for a few hours made the toilets harder to get to. The bar didn't have any ginger wine to make a whisky mac, is unappealing especially for vegetarians.

  Location is good and bus picked up outside - £5 return. Hotel is simply equipped and on reception they couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable. Most rooms are quite big.

  Great location for visits I had over weekend and britannia Hotel was a good cheap hotel. Reception staff were excellent, the receptionist was very quick and nice, that I only paid £29 for the room. Clean and also enjoyed the bar, upgrade price of breakfast was reasonable.

  Central location, good links to nec by bus or train and the price was reasonable for an over night short stay. Staff were helpful and unlike the last time this experience was much better as the twin room on the 3rd floor was more capacious. Pillows were comfy and clean, the food was excellent.

  Good location and near the bus station. Worn out setting and i enjoyed that you are left alone unless you need something all staff are friendly and polite. The room absolutely stunk of stale smoke.

  Good location near central bus station and very historical setting beside Cathedral. Excellent rate and accommodating staff. Spacious airy rooms, pleasant bar and lovely big soft towels.

  Great location, near bus station and on the whole a good stay. Helpful reception staff, strong shower and fresh towels.

  Bar closed early, poor breakfast and no secure parking facilities.
