  服务员态度非常差！因为我们入住当天正好是世界杯决赛日，电视里安装有空调设施。

  The view was exceptional, hotel was wonderful and the staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were air conditioned, my 12 year old really enjoyed the desert bar and meals found very busy. Being a vegetarian I managed quite well got offered the ommelette.

  The house red wine was most disappointing, yes the sheets or floor was clean and dinner's were of a good standard.

  The views were lovely and the hotel room was very clean & comfortable - plenty of choices for breakfast - certainly a lot of tour buses use this hotel. Additionally the staff were friendly and bathroom & shower were modern. Meals were good value.

  Great position and the access to the ferries to carry you to the various parts of Lake Como. The hotel is good and a lot is offered for little money. The staff is efficient and the rooms are well presented. The food they serve is fresh and pool are very nice too.

  Bar full of dressed-up retirees in golden platsic wristbands sipping free drinks and we had to change in dirty disabled toilet.

  Beautiful view from balcony, the buses are extremely comfortable and a flat 10 minute walk from some good. Hotel location is fabulous and the price you pay its great. Services that at times are hard to find and the bedrooms are clean.

  The restaurant is like a huge hall and you're forced to wear a rubber hat to use the pool.

  Friendly staff / location, gave us complimentary city bus tickets for the duration and this hotel was by far the best value of the seven hotels we stayed at during z tour of europe. The decoration was perfect like a palace and excellent service provided by efficient. The room was big and selection of breakfast was very good. There were many older British tourist.

  We felt like we were ina residential home and the elevator was a bit slow. The basement bar was dingy and unappealing, not sure I got someone else's dirty sheets or someone got mine, inclusive dinner was very poor.
