  The location is fantastic, reasonable hotel close to New Street train station and the restaurant is disappointing.

  Staff are just plain unhelpful and at times rude, the rooms are filthy.

• Britannia Hotel Birmingham

  On returning to my room i soon became aware of the grimness of the situation, this hotel was in a perfect location for Birmingham airport and the bathroom was just about beArable in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast was better and the staff much more friendly.

  The interior design was some dated and the curtains were smelly and dirty.

  OveRall, its a bit of a grotty hotel in a fantastic location, staff were friendly and tv was ancient and picture unwatchable. Sheets were clean as was the bathroom.
