Britannia Airport Hotel Manchester - 曼彻斯特

虽然说是机场酒店，但是它的位置不错，交通很方便.

但是它的位置不错 和 门口有公车直达市中心.

Airport location make an ideal location for business, the hotel is located on a busy road close to a freeway and good size room.

We were extremely disappointed by the standard of this hotel and the way in which the park and fly was operated (we had to get a taxi back from the airport as the transfer bus took much, much too long to arrive).

We asked about airport transfers the night before and we were told the taxi rate.

The room was tidy and the main essentials were in the room: bed, tv, window, chair, bathroom however it didn't feel like a hotel room at all.

The bed was a little uncomfortable & the room could have done with upgrading but it was clean & tidy and for one night who needs the presidential suite?

The bed clothes where not clean the coffee cups were not clean and the bathroom had all limscale in the bath.

There was only one chair in the room so if you both wanted to watch tv one had to lie on the bed.

The lobby bar is pleasant and there is a restaurant I did not try.

The restaurant serves the sort of breakfast you might expect to get at a badly run scout camp.

I was checked in by possibly the rudest receptionist I have ever had the misfortune to meet, the service only got slightly better in the bar and restaurant.

The only decent parts are the bar and restaurant downstairs.

The lobby lounge was pleasant with good drink, good bar food, and pleasant staff.

Hotel lobby quite pleasant, service good and reception staff did not mention needed to fill in tab re putting items on room rather than paying individually was an annoyance.

Don't expect any assistance from the reception staff in general - our experience is that they are just not interested and don't appear to understand the meaning of customer service.

we went back to reception to call the AA, but the receptionist said she might be able to help, she borrowed some jump leads of her colleague and used her car to jump start ours.

The reception staff although not brimming with happiness were pleasant and efficient.

The information about car parking and the shuttle bus to the airport was very misleading.

They do need to think about improving the car parking though.

However there are complaints about the car parking we found the company secure airport parking first class and would definietly use them again.

This hotel seemed the ideal place to stay overnight, friendly staff and very little - I suppose the room was clean.

the room was very clean and was of new standard.

The room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast promotion was good.

In addition service was not brilliant, room was clean and a curtain on the dresser was so filthy you dare not touch.
