It was easy to get Wheelchair Accessible room with Mac computers and table and chairs, as example and that's great.

The units were big with view.

Overall it was very well furnished and extremely spacious with a view. The staff were nice and agreeable and the location was amazing on the deck area...

New building and rooms with view. Variety of supplies in the room: central heating, cable TV and a mini-fridge-bar. A lovely area, marvellous location close to the principal market close to the old bridge.

My room included a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. The views across street were delightful.

Good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed, new-fashioned and huge room. The staff were very polite and helped us with public parking.

The room we had was huge and spacious with a mini-bar and the staff was nice. Location: the hotel was very close to the beautiful Neretva river and main attractions of Mostar and around 10-15min to old town.

The breakfast, which could have been improved. It lacked hot options and variety, which was a shame considering the overall positive experience.
