I Was Very Much Satisfied With The Stay And Service Provided By Hotel Bright Heritage.

We loved the location of the hotel; it was close to the Biennale sites and many tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city center of Kochi. The hotel facilities were clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. Additionally, we found the parking and transportation services to be very convenient.

All was good.

The hotel had a very friendly staff, free wifi (didn't work in room), good breakfast facility, help in arranging trips in and around Cochin, very near shopping area, restaurants, beach, chinese fishingnetts, kathakali show etc. great location. The room was very clean, the only thing that was less positive was that the beds were quite hard. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious enough for a romantic escape. the location was great, near many tourist attractions and restaurants. The room also had a balcony, which was great for a bit of fresh air.

The hotel reception and management were lacking. We had to ask multiple times to get towels and toiletries, and the staff was not very attentive or helpful.

Nice hotel but had a bad start with reception. Trying to charge extra while we had already made an agreement about the price of a taxi. We stayed 4 nights so after our bad start we were put in a room right under the kichen at the rooftop which meant really loud noise from 6.30. I had the feeling it was because of my bad start at the reception so I was happy when they relocated us without a problem. Rooms are nice and clean. Flatscreen is nice but to far away from bed. Breakfast is very boring after 4 nights ;-) Free WiFI is nice too.

Very clean rooms, nicely designed and furnished, prime location and really friendly and accomodating staff. When I had to catch an early bus to the airport, they opened up breakfast an hour earlier than usual so I could eat something. :)

We recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Fort Kochi. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions, including the Kochi Art Biennale sites. Our spacious room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the simple yet delicious breakfast was a great way to start our day. We enjoyed the peaceful view from our room, away from the loud music in the restaurant. Only the lack of tea/coffee making facilities was a minor issue.

The staff is very polite and kind but they are not so professional

Poor quality of breakfast and the service is worse.We are waiting for our tea at least for 20 mns and the waiter just forgot it but there is just us in the restaurant.U Just got 2 eggs and some toast , jam as well as butter for this poor breakfast the worst is u got sick later and should go to toilette all the time. I booked a suite room and paid about 70 euros for which is big but I don't feel confortable because it seems the detail of the room is so rough and no good value for such a hotel in cochin.Besides the closet smell paint oil so I doubt the hotel maybe very new. The wifi service is not like what they said in booking available in the whole hotel. Location is not so good neither but as cochin fort is small,it is 5 mns walk to the center.

No hot water. Breakfast could be better. They could easily include fresh tropical fruit, fresh juice and cheese.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kochi and found it to be very conveniently located, close to popular tourist spots and easy to walk around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities, including a nice view from the windows.

I did notice a few negatives during my stay. the state of the bathroom was not up to par and could have been cleaner.

A little background first: I am a male solo traveler in my 20s taking a weekend break for my first time in India. The trip was a spur of the moment trip from an airfare sale I saw. I did little research before leaving and planned nothing. The hotel was in a great location -- where most of the hotels and homestays in Fort Cochin are located. The hotel staff was extremely nice and the manager, Thammu, is extremely accommodating. The reception is also open 24 hours which was very nice and very important for me. Anything I needed, they were willing to pick up for me and bring to my room (beer, mosquito cream, etc.). I was able to plan all my excursions through the hotel (they also scheduled a massage for me and walked me there!) and I highly recommend the elephant bathing/waterfall trip and organizing it through the hotel. It was my favorite part of the trip and the tour guides are the friendliest couple of guys. I had an amazing time. The rooftop restaurant is a nice place to go up and relax. The AC has a remote so the climate of the room can be controlled easily and conveniently. The bathroom is also pretty nice. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants the convenience, hospitality, and resources of a western hotel.

The food at the restaurant isn't amazing although I was very nervous about getting sick (not from spicy foods, which I love, but the water), so I limited what I ate. For example, the spaghetti bolognese is more of a linguini marinara. The beds are not really comfortable at all, but I didn't mind and still slept well.

The discounted rate made it excellent value. It was clean and modern and a reliable WiFi connection in reception. Customer Service was good.

WiFi in rooms could of been stronger. More choice of breakfast items.
