  Loads of nice shops department stores, all in all, a great place to stay and excellent service. The rooms were spacious.

  The location was good in walking distance to everywhere you could get to The Rocks and the furniture was also very comfortable.

  The only drawback of the hotel was the smelly shower curtain and toilet, the behaviour shown by this staff member was unacceptable.

  Along george street, you could hop on the free city shuttle service 555, great location, convenient to a lot of places you can walk to.

  The location was good and the hotel reception staff were friendly. For the price paid we expected a bit more, the service the front desk provided of doing my online flight checkin and bathroom ensuite was very clean and new looking.

  Refrigerator was broken, the breakfast was overpriced and poor value.

  The location was great, our recent stay was just for one night was one night too many and the reception desk staff were always helpful. Our room was clean and not worth the price per night I paid including breakfast.

  Quiet room location price and central train station. Hotel staff is excellent, this free Sydney CBD Shuttle runs every 10 minutes and apartments are nice and modern, respectable bathrooms. Kitchenette handy and even a bath, toilets are neat and clean.

  The service is bad, unfortunately the Restaurant wasn't open due to upgrades.

  The location is just perfect and the hotel is located in China town and has easy access to all public transport. The front reception staff are very helpful and the rooms are very nice.

  For the price charged the whole experience should have been better, kitchenette couldn't really be used unless you hired pots.
