  The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in and the breakfast was delicious the first morning– quiche.

  The location was perfect and the place was very clean. Our room was lovely and the entire house was beautiful, the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was nice and the afternoon wine and cheese offering was exceptional.

  Boulder is a fun town and the people are friendly, the common area has a wonderful fireplace. The whole place is beautiful, the staff here are also very helpful and hosts are personable and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and breakfast and dinner drinks are great and well presented.

  Great location for shopping and restaurants, fantastic small hotel. And its a nice and comfortable house, awesome sums up. The lobby area has a gorgeous fireplace, the young staff are charming and extremely helpful, this bed and breakfast is charming, hospitable, warm and generally perfect. The coffee is organic, i enjoyed and is available for most of the day, liked the wine cheese in the evening.

  Its location to the Boulder shopping is perfect, for another stay one of the other rooms would do better and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The bedrooms are calming and comfortable and the beds were extremely comfortable, wonderful breakfasts plus wine and cheese in the afternoons.

  Great location and perfect stay. Beautiful house and delightful staff. The rooms were very quiet, breakfast was a self service affair and the hot dish by 08.45 was tired, the wine and cheese fare was lovely, excellent wines.

  Great location, walk to awesome restaurants, shopping etc and the large living room is a nice place to sit and relax. The staff are very friendly, the breakfasts are outstanding and everything is baked fresh that day.

  Lounge area has a fireplace and comfy sofas, the decor is amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are spacious and the wine/beer and cheese around 5pm is also a great appetizer.

  Great location just one block off of pearl street, this place is perfect and the staff at the inn are helpful and warm. The room is beautiful, has high ceilings, a fireplace and a hot tub.

  Carpets in the public areas and rooms have stains that need to be cleaned, the hotel is comfortable and extremely well maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wine/cheese hour are great and a fun time to meet other guests.

  Beautiful inn in the heart of Boulder, great staff and friendly and helpful hosts. The bed was quite comfortable and breakfast was fantastic and the evening cheeses. Wine hour were also excellent.
