We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and location to major shopping complexes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with instant hot water in the shower. We were close to the Lee Garden shopping area and other shopping areas, as well as the night market. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a good Wi-Fi connection.

The hotel offered 15-minutes direct walk to kim yong market. Downtown Hat Yai district is worth your attention. The property was situated very close to the tuk tuk to for 10 bath bus stop, just 15 minutes walking distance

The location of Bp Grand Tower was perfect for exploring Hat Yai. The hotel is conveniently located near the Lee Garden shopping area and other shopping areas. There are also nice Tim Sum restaurants just across the hotel and a convenient shop across the car park. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hot water in the shower was almost instant, which was a great convenience.

Additionally, we found the canceled room policy to be unclear, and the hotel reception staff was unwilling to provide a clear explanation, which was frustrating. while there were a few hiccups, the hotel still provided a good budget option for our Christmas stay.
