We loved the friendly staff, clean dorms, and great location close to the subway station. It was easy to explore the nearby city center and take a quick train ride to the major strip of Avenida Paulista. The hotel facilities such as the cinema, yoga, and massage offers were a nice touch. Plus, the delicious food and drinks at the restaurant made our stay even better.
Can't think of anything.

Good english-speaking stuff, free Internet connection, quite good brekafasts.
Noise from the street, smells from the kitchen in the morning - due to very poor window condition. Problems with invoice - but it was general in Brazil - not prepared to the European tax system.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of the stay. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. I particularly enjoyed the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the vibrant main street. Another great aspect was the inclusion of breakfast in the room rate, providing a convenient start to the day. this hotel provided excellent value for money and was situated in a fantastic location in downtown, perfect for exploring the city.
All was more than okay with my stay.

Spending my new year at this hotel was a delight! The staff provided great service and the two complimentary drinks were a nice touch. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious and tidy, with a comfortable bed. The highlight of my stay was the rooftop pool and lounge area, which had amazing views and a great atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming and lacked variety. the noise from nearby traffic could be heard from the room at times, which was a bit bothersome.

I had a great stay at this hotel in downtown Sao Paulo. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to public transportation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were comfortable, with nice views and a well-stocked minibar. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast, with a tasty vegan option. I also appreciated the attention to detail, like having Q-tips in the bathroom, which showed that they care about their guests' comfort.
No improvements needed, everything was absolutely fine.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and had a helpful staff. The location was convenient, it was near a lot of restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which made it easier to access different parts of the city. , the room itself was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
I had a bad experience with the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom looked dirty and dated, and the carpet had several stains.

The room was modern and nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed having English speaking channels on the television. The hotel's concierge service was fantastic, and the proximity to Conghonas airport was convenient for our domestic flight. There was a shopping mall nearby and a nice steak house within walking distance. Despite being in Sao Paulo for business, we found the hotel to be absolutely fine and had no real complaints. I would recommend this hotel for a business trip.
