  Most of the staff were very nice and as stated earlier the location was perfect, the hotel was historic and had a great feel to. Maid service was extremely friendly and very enjoyable, the spacious room was very quiet.

  Etc. a very lovely hotel, great Staff and the room amazing and the service outstanding. Bourbon oreans a good choice.

  Bourbon bar not very interesting, dirty sheets.

  Comfortable, large room, nice choice.

  Some of the hotel employees were not hospitable and the front desk was not overly friendly.

  Location very good very central, just a block from Bourbon St and the hotel itself spoke old school New Orleans and had charm. The decor was elegant and respectful of the history of the building, the staff were very sweet and helpful. My room was clean and of wine and a platter of fruit was really nice. The concierge was very friendly and attentive.

  A great location for dining and beautiful hotel &. Good price for i got and nice lobby. Staff are friendly and helpful, the courtyard rooms are definetly better.

  The location is perfect, the hotel lobby is nice as is the pool and service will be excellent. The rooms are very clean and the staff very personable, also easy walking to many great restaurants, clubs and quarter notables such as St.

  Perfect location, great Hotel and the lobby gorgeous. Front desk was super helpful and bathroom were huge. The sheets were clean and i did not see a mouse, breakfast was good.
