This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Claudelands Events Centre, making it perfect for attendees of events. Plus, it is close to Chartwell shopping mall and Pak N Save supermarket. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable, with excellent shower pressure. The staff are pleasant and obliging, providing excellent value for money.

There is some inconsistency in the rooms and the surrounding areas can be noisy.

In the NZ summer no air conditioning, unbearable hot at night, especially as with motels you have to close the windows at night for security reasons. The fan in the cupboard was inadequate.

The location here was even better than our previous experiences, and we absolutely loved it. The venue met all of our needs without any complaints.
