The room was spotless, top-class and had a TV area and a mini kitchen. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the food was good.

Property was top quality, we appreciated this place.

We were offered twin room complete with a kitchenette, separate bedroom plus a custom made.

Breakfast with wine and with a bottle of wine, as example. Marvellous and ideal location to a monumental medieval cathedral.

Spacious junior suite, clean, good facilities, great bars and tapas.

Make sure to get guest room with minimal feel, an excellent shower, for example. It has accommodating, pleasant staff.

The hotel was perfectly clean with fairly friendly staff and satisfactory breakfast.

The location of the hotel is convenient for travelers as it is near the bus stops and a shopping center with various options for dining and shopping. The hotel rooms are well soundproofed, allowing for a quiet night's sleep. the hotel is just a short walk away from the historic zone, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff at the hotel appeared indifferent and unfriendly, failing to provide any assistance or advice to guests.

We booked a family room as we travelled with our 16 year old son but were only staying for 1 night - it was great as we had a single bed in one room and an adjoining door into the main bedroom and we shared the bathroom this was great as it adfforded some privacy whilst still keeping children close.

The only thing I could not understand was that the room had a full kitchen area - microwave, fridge, sink etc and yet no tea and coffee facility which would have been so easy. Also - no English TV channels!! (with exception of the news). Minor issues - not sure they cater well for families - the breakfasdt area is set out with rows of tables for 2 -0 hence a bit of furniture shufffling for families to breakfast together.

The hotel's location was comfortable, to historical centre with shopping malls and various shops within walking distance.

Facilities were very good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

it's a peaceful brand-new hotel with excellent location in arriaga-lakua district near shopping district and so many more things like a very nice big green garden. thank you for a really good stay.

Place was comfortable modern and stylish, greatly enjoyed the stay.
