Room was big and huge and available with fantastic views and 6 large windows and a superb view. Location: the hotel was just off a grocery store that has a laundry service as well as a wonderful indoor / outdoor mall. I came across Bocacielo, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue, offered nice shots.

Possibly the best and nice stay on a repeat visit. Excellent location, relatively near Mall Parque Arauco. Really enjoyed very nice area.

Thoroughly enjoyed consistently courteous staff and reasonably spacious hotel.

The room we had included WiFi and a living room. It boasted great views of the mountains. The location was great, at a moderate distance from Mall Parque Arauco. There were a large supermarket and a supermarket around the hotel.

Great staff, spacious suites, fast valet parking, good area with restaurants, spectacular views, excellent breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The spacious and comfortable suites provided us with an amazing view of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. We also loved the convenient location. The hotel is situated next to a large supermarket and a luxurious mall, where we found excellent restaurant choices. The breakfast options were delicious and delivered right to our room. We would definitely love to stay here again.

First and in our opinion, very important, what we found fully coincided with the best reviews we read before making the booking. The hotel is in Las Condes. It is about 10-15 minutes taxi ride from the centre of Santiago. It is next door to the Marriott Hotel and one can use all the facilities there. It is also to the newest Shopping Centre ("Mall") - Parque Arauque. Surprisingly , but the restaurants there are really very good - at least, those we tried. It is also practically walking distance from Vitacura, which is an area of fashionable shops and restaurants.The staff are highly professional, kind, warm and most helpful. One feels at home! Clean, spacious, Internet in the price. Views spectacular! Food-very good. Highly recommended+++!

Liked everything. Simply as recommendation - may be a small bottle of dishwahsing liquid in the kitchen as it is available in many serviced appartments. It is true that the servicing. cleaning are very good but someitmes one needs to wash something before the cleaning staff have come.

Adjacent, almost part of the Marriott, excellent rooms/suites, parking and wifi included plus gym and spa, wonderful price performance and extremely friendly staff. Best for activities in the e of Santiago since it is not downtown.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and the restaurant had 24-hour service. I enjoyed ordering room service and the Barros Luco sandwich was absolutely amazing. The view of the Andean foothills during the day and the bustling city at night was fantastic. The hotel is located in a great area, very close to malls and in the Parquet Arauco shopping center which is only a short walk away. The breakfast delivered to the room was excellent, with scrambled eggs, plenty of bread, jam, honey.

The views were amazing, lovely large apartment perfect for self catering with well equipped kitchen. A splash of luxury.

It was a bit of a hike from town, nearest metro 10 minute walk away. Also the pool was out of service when we were there and no steam room in the ladies.

Staff very helpful. Arranged alternate pool and transport. Breakfast delivered to room. Great views of city and Andes. Spacious apartment. Suitable for long stays. Good location near malls. Gym bigger than expected. Clean rooms. Great price for value.
