I absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location on the riverfront was perfect, with a multitude of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony, watching the people below and taking in the beautiful riverside views. The staff here provided exceptional service, always accommodating and friendly. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The hotel's dining options were also impressive, with a fantastic restaurant and a rooftop bar where I could relax and enjoy delicious food and drinks while taking in the bustling atmosphere.

I recommend this hotel to my family for their next trip.

Had an amazing Christmas stay. The hotel is situated within walking distance to several main tourist attractions, making it very convenient. The rooms were spacious and immaculate with stunning views of the river. Breakfast was a treat with a selection of delicious options to choose from.

The staff had limited English, making it a bit of a challenge to communicate. The hotel lacked an elevator, which may be difficult for older travelers or those with heavy bags.

The staff were extremely friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and the location was superb.

The breakfast staff did not speak good English, so my order was often incorrect.

We loved the location and the room was enormous. The receptionist a lady, tricked us into buying the cheaper bus ticket to Siem Reap so that We paid 10 dollars thinking it was the vip bus but actually it was the Cheaper 5 dollar bus. Dont get scamed by her!!! The hotel was great but once They put in an elevator will be great.

This hotel is located in a great spot with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to important sights. The rooftop bar and restaurant provide a pleasant place to unwind and enjoy the view. Rooms are nicely decorated with abundant air conditioning and fans, and the breakfast is decent.

Some reviews mentioned issues with maintenance and cleanliness, and there are some rooms on higher floors without an elevator.

Not good value at £ 50.00 per night. No twin rooms unless you have a suite at even greater cost. Wifi only in lobby, poor signal also. No business centre and didn't see a family room. No tea/coffee facilities in std room, no balcony in std room either. No swimming pool or gift shop. Booking dot com description inaccurate.

A very nice and exclusive hotel with big rooms. The location is very good: beside the riverside and not far away from Royal Palas. The best brekfast we had i Cambodia!

Our room didn't have any safe, but we could leave out valuables in the reception. Our valuables were put into an envelope an in a tray in the reseption. It didn't seems very safe, and we didn't get any recipt. We asked til reseptionist to rebook our planetickets. They promised to do it and put our planetickets into the same tray as our valuables. We asked several times if our tickets were rebooked, but didn't get any answares. The day before we shuld go home the reseptionist called us and appoligised that they had lost our tickets! Luckely we had extra copies of the ticets, so we reconfermed them another place. But if we didn't have extra copies it would mean big trouble for us! This is unacceptable! We also booked a room with wiew over the city, but the wiew was just a wall of the next building...

Great location, walking distance to important landmarks and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice decorations. The staff was polite and informative, providing useful tips about the surroundings.

The noise from the street and the construction site in the back kept us up at night. , the breakfast was quite basic and lacked variety.

No wireless in the room (but a cable was provided upon request) and extremely loud repair work going on inside the hotel. Laundry returned after 2 days and was marked and not clean.
