Hotel Botticelli Florence - 佛罗伦萨

As we had many sights to see on our list, the location was perfectly situated within walking distance of all our destinations.

The location just brilliant and excellent hotel.

The location was perfect and the staff was very helpful.

Some of the staff were generally helpful but failed to tell us on the day of our departure that a 24hr general train strike was in operation in the Tuscany region as we booked a Taxi from the Hotel to the train station.

The Mercato Centrale is also within five minutes by foot.

The room itself was indeed smallish as was the bathroom, but the bed was comfortable and all equipment was clean and working.

The room was comfortable and clean, the air conditioning nice and cool, the ensuite bathrooms large and convenient, and the complimentary breakfast tasty.

Considering the very affordable price the room was clean, the bathroom large (with plenty of hot water) and the morning breakfast delightful.

Rooms in Italy are small but this one was minute, two single beds end to end and with our luggage it was nearly impossible to move and to top it off the air conditioning didn't work.

Hotel Botticelli was a wonderful Bed and Breakfast style hotel located near the train station in downtown Florence.

Breakfast isn't an important meal in Italy, but our feeling is if you're going to offer it, the quality should be acceptable - especially the coffee!

And we found several fairly inexpensive restaurants with better-than-average food within a few blocks in any direction.

Breakfast was a little weak compared to some other hotels but overall we had a great stay and hope to come back soon.

All staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast is very dismal - other guests ended up shouting at the staff to try to get coffee (which was ignored).

The room was fine - if a bit small for two of us, the shower worked very well andthe reception staff were very helpful.

We took a coach tour to Sienna and the Tuscany countryside one day, and the reception staff organised that for us.

The hotel is very well maintained and really nice staff on front desk at all times.

The only shortcomings were with the front desk staff.

Staff was very helpful and was able to get advance reservations at the Uffizi--a must, don't expect to walk up and get in there.

The staff was wonderful, I emailed ahead and they made reservations for us at the Uffizi and Accademia.

Our biggest problem was with hotel parking.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and my room was always tidy and clean.
