The front desk staff were efficient and the room service was prompt, and the food was hot.
The furniture was just and food was wonderful.
The swimming area no longer has continental breakfast set up in its lounge, every one at this hotel seems happy to be working there and the staff is polite, friendly, and helpful.

The view of the harbor from the 9th floor was incredible, the beds in the hotel were very comfortable and staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. All three rooms had elegant marble flooring.
