  Manager was the sweetest man - Hotel was very clean and well kept - Wallpaper is peeling off

  The location was excellent and the reception team were very helpful and friendly.

  Generally hotel was of poor quality, the room was filthy and the mattresses were painful to sleep on. Toilet was also too small.

  Bus to stansted airport stops only two blocks away, i liked the location of the hotel at first and the staff were friendly and helpful.

  The window did not shut and the curtains were filthy.
