The spa area is amazing and the hotel is extremly well situzted and the rooms are very comfortable and silent. The staff is professional and friendly, the welcoming juice at check in.

Tv programs are poor and all other fun programs and music costs extra, the gym is rather poorly equipped.

The spa was luxurious and a lovely way to finish a day after exploring the city, the hotel was beautiful, most of the staff were very friendly, good service. The rooms were clean, the breakfasts were fantastic, all sorts of options on the buffet as well as special requests.

For the price the luxury element fell short in several ways and the lobby was being painted we arrived. The pool was not available due to emergency maintenance.
