We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location and property are absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and well-maintained gardens. The rooms were well appointed, providing enhanced comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They were friendly, helpful, and made our stay truly memorable. The hotel restaurant was a highlight, offering delicious and heavenly meals that satisfied our taste buds.
We highly recommend this place to everyone. The staff at the reception desk and restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

An excellent stay. The hotel is extremely well presented (truly amazing gardens, rooms and views of the mountains) and the staff always very helpful. It's great value for money - my only surprise was that there didn't seem to be that many other guests (not that I'm complaining about that)! The hotel takes some travelling to get to but it is very much worth it - a hidden gem away from the usual tourist areas.

Friendly and competent staff, excellent comfort, nice location, familiar but at the same time discrete atmosphere... Actually everything.

Perfect location for New Year getaway, with easy access to attractions and amenities. Suites were spacious and well-furnished, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel offered a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.
The quality of the restaurant was underwhelming, with a limited and unchanging menu. The atmosphere in the restaurant was often disrupted by events and parties.

Not at all commercial, very much a place to 'chill out' and stay within the beautiful grounds and lounge around the pool or well placed for experiencing the historical/culture, cuisine, coast, wine and shopping in Ascoli Piceno or the various outlet centres. Excellent friendly and helpful staff.
Other than having to leave and go home, some road noise from the Autostrada traffic which wouldn't put off going back. A truly lovely place.

During our stay, we enjoyed some meals at the hotel's restaurant. We had the opportunity to dine in the conservatory area while listening to a string orchestra, which was a delightful experience. The breakfast was adequate, and the room was comfortable, with a nice view of the valley. The bathroom was clean and functional. The pool and surrounding area were pleasant, and the garden was great for walks.
We were disappointed by the noise level during our stay, which was due to a wedding party hosted on the property.

I loved the stunning views from my apartment, which overlooked the beautiful Adriatic Sea, the valley of River Tronto and the Apennines. The pool area was modern and well-maintained, with plenty of chairs to lounge in. The staff was amazing and made my stay much more enjoyable. Lastly, I had some of the most amazing food ever at the hotel restaurant.
Nothing to dislike.

Good food and lovely views. The pool was clean and nice for relaxation. The hotel staff was nice and friendly, they helped us with directions to the town nearby. The location also had beautiful countryside surroundings, perfect for a peaceful stay away from the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
The Wi-Fi connections were very poor. Guests had to wait more than an hour for their room to be cleaned/turned around.
