The location is stunning and excellent, in the centre of town. And it's nestled in a nice building just off Cortona for the first time and all the major modern conveniences and beautiful grounds.

The room was perfectly clean, I had very pleasant experience.

Loved Cortona, the hotel was absolutely great also close to grocery store for provisions. Units with 2single beds put together. Hairdryers, a bidet, and shower caps were available there.

Our stay was a pleasant experience. It was a great hotel in a very relaxing area, really close to the centre of town, Cortona and surrounding area and the nature. Nice and simply perfect location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Also, it was 2 miles from a sacred art museum.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect - from the cleanliness of the rooms to the hotel facilities. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay enjoyable. The location was also great, surrounded by beautiful grounds and in a beautiful setting. We were close to a grocery store, which was convenient for getting provisions. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This is a magical place. We arrived there after Rome and Florence and it was a perfect place to unwind. The setting is fabulous with views of Cortona in the distance and surrounding views of the Tuscan countryside. The building and furnishings were tasteful and charming. The staff greeted us with much welcomed juice and water,setting the tone for what proved to be their usual gracious level of service. Everyone one there was friendly and helpful.

It was a bit difficult to find, but worth it. Also, they do have signs posted on the main roads.

Very friendly welcome and explanation of facilities. Our villa was well equipped and comfortable. The hotel grounds were well maintained. The swimming pool had wonderful views to Cortona and the surrounding countryside. A very relaxing place to stay on holiday, yet very accessible.

I had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in beautiful grounds that offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with a warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the amenities such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a lovely terrace where I could relax and admire the breathtaking views. The dining experience was exceptional, with a delicious buffet breakfast and a restaurant that served delectable meals. the level of quality and attention to detail at this place was truly impressive.

I would highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Beautiful setting just outside Cortona but hard to find. Picturesque buildings and grounds, olive groves and pool. Pleasant staff, charming and clean rooms but very uncomfortable bed. Delicious breakfast included. A great home base for sightseeing around Tuscany and a very good deal for the price.

Double bed was 2 cheap twin mattresses pushed together. Very uncomfortable but my only criticism. Everything else was lovely.

Great location and territory. All apartments have patio with a table and chairs, it is very nice to have dinner outside. The swimming pool is beautiful. The kitchen in the apartment is very well ecquiped with various types of tableware.

The apartment was not clean enough. There were a lot of stains on mirrors and furniture, somebodys fingerprints on the walls of bathroom - rather unpleasant to see it. The blankets smelled with sigarettes smoke. The tablecloth was also in stains. So I was really suprised when at the check-out I was asked to pay additional 30 Euros for the final cleaning of the apartment, which was not mentioned when I booked this hotel. I thought that the price at Booked.net is final, I was wrong.

The complementary breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. The hotel's location was great, close to a charming town with all the amenities we needed. The property was well maintained and provided a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere in which to relax.

The GPS directions were inaccurate and we had some difficulty finding the hotel. The signs directing us to the property could have been improved.
