A modern grocery store was located nearby, this was a perfect location to unwind from the city and the hotel staff were very helpful.
Quiet location but close to city and railway station.
Grounds were lovely and had the feel of being in the country despite location so close to huge supermarket.
There is bus service, but we found the taxis to be more convenient for us.
Walking to Siena is a bit of hike (20+ minutes); buses work well, taxis are 8-10 Euro a trip.
2 room apartment with full kitchen and full bath, king sized bed 3/24 (EUR 95), 3/25.
We had the "3 person apartment," which had an enormous bed in the bedroom and a VERY comfortable pullout in the living room.
We were two married couples, so we were happy to book the 2 bedroom/bathroom "Villa" apartment, which had a breakfast room/lounge between the two rooms.
We loved the quality of the rooms, the charm, the beautiful spacious bathrooms, the wonderful bed, and the towels were the best we have ever used.
Large marble bathroom, sizeable bedroom with huge bed, hand-made furniture and own terrace and all spotlessly clean.
There is a bar onsite but no restaurant so if you want a meal you have to take a taxi.
Our apartment was spacious and the range of food for breakfast was extraordinary.
Try eating a superb breakfast on a sunny terrace while surreal hot air balloons rise one by one over the ancient city ramparts in front of you!
The grounds are beautiful and the service was very friendly and recommended the best restaurant --by far the best meal on our tour of Italy.

The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations - I was impressed, to say the least, as our room was spotless!
The bathroom as everything you need in it and was always clean.
The room was quite clean, although the shower was on the small side but not overly so.
The rooms are clean and the included breakfast is really good for the european standard.
Furthermore clean rooms and great breakfast buffet.
