    I paid my 100+ money to stay here at the hotel, I believe the owners could afford staff with better courtesy and manners.

    My stay at the Boothill was great and a Subway across the street so that was really handy.

    This hotel is conviently located near the airport and shopping.

    Very enjoyable stay, friendly staff and the King Bed was also very comfortable.

    We happened upon the Boothill Inn and Suites because we were looking for a place to stay that offered a shuttle to the Billings Airport.

    I made reservations early to insure we would have rooms for the all class wrestling tournament.

    Days before our big event, Shelly Mann (the general manager)called and said we would not have a room.

    When you make a reservation and guarantee it with a credit card, you feel you can count on that room being saved for you.

    The place is new , clean and has a nice breakfast.

    Generally the hotel was very good and the front desk staff were really nice.

    This hotel is conviently located near the airport, i received great service from the rest of the staff and friendly and has high speed internet.

    The front desk staff was very rude to me and my kids and also said things to them that made me very upset.

    We stopped at another place across the street but they didn't offer this service.

    The high speed worked great and the staff was exceptional.

    Great place and especially the free cookies in the lobby in the evening.

    As a business traveler, I look for a place that's comfortable, friendly and has high speed internet.

      We stopped at another place across the street but they didn't offer this service. What we found was friendly, clean and comfortable accomendations.

      The only problem I encountered with my stay this time was when we checked in the person at the front desk was not very nice. If you are in a customer service position you need to set your personal problems aside, but everyone else I dealt with was very nice.
