Absolutely perfect and magnificent location to most everything touristy in Xela.

All in all everything was perfect, had a very pleasant stay on a business trip. The location was unbeatable and amazing because it was just off Quetzaltenango and the center. It also was to most everything touristy in Xela. The staff were very amiable all of the time.

Beautifully decorated family room with a king-sized bed, special atmosphere. Central location to indigenous villages in the surroundings. Free parking onsite provided.

This was a pleasant stay on a business trip. Our room was well-equipped with a king-sized bed and the staff were excellent. The location turned out to be favourable and excellent, next to park, shopping and restaurants, Pension Bonifaz, and the `` business center '' next to the front desk. And it was just a short stroll away from Restaurante Don Carlos, ate there couple of times.

Tidy venue with stunning location right in front of the main Plaza. Really tasty and good breakfast with eggs or pancakes, excellent staff. Location not far from the center of Xela and the central park and Antigua or San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas.

Conveniently located with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The hotel offers a good base for exploring Xela. We had a comfortable stay, despite some noise issues. The included breakfast was mediocre, but there are other dining options nearby. I would recommend this hotel for its decent accommodations and convenient location.

The rooms were huge, new-fashioned on upper floors, ideal for us. It offered us stunning location not far from the " business center ", Central Park and Guatemala's.

We had a wonderful stay at Pension Bonifaz! The room was very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a hot shower with good water pressure. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was excellent, right in the heart of town.

Breakfast delights, but more variety would have made it even better.

Fine stay, we were there for 2 days. The morning meal was very tasty with pancakes and also eggs or pancakes. The atmosphere created was special!

The hotel was CHARMING and tidy, it had free wi-fi, its location was perfect in Guatemala's beautiful western highlands. The staff was very amiable, excellent. Location: the property was short walk to Quetzaltenango and park, shopping and restaurants and the "business center". We liked to have evening drinks at Casa Guin, based nearby.

The staff here are incredibly friendly, remember who you are, and are very pleasant. The service is top-notch, with room service, car hire, and other amenities available. The rooms are well-appointed, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options here are excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and drinks. The leisure facilities are also impressive, with an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a sun terrace. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it.

All in all, this place is a great choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

The service at this place was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and even grocery shopping services available. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities and tea and coffee making facilities provided. I especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace, where I could relax and take in the stunning views of the city. I had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking luxury and comfort.
