Lovely place for summer holidays with fantastic friendly and efficient employees to downright angry with the way they had been treated by the Manager. Plenty of fab options for meal.

The double room we stayed in was functional and new-fashioned. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were excellent people to downright angry with the way they had been treated by the Manager. The location was incredible, 15 km to Kranebitten airport, perfectly reachable.

Reasonably clean hotel in a very good building just off a bus stop which goes to the city centre very frequently. Stunning and fantastic location in Igls in the heart of the mountain, easy to get anywhere. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Lanser Kopf. Nice pool, parking on-site.

location: the hotel was really close to the brand new ski lift, and the centre of the igls village, nice surrounding. there were central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk in my reasonably large room.

The location of this hotel was superb: situated in the heart of a charming Austrian village, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, and a bus stop that conveniently takes you to the city center. The rooms, although typically small for European standards, were clean, comfortable, and provided a great view. The staff at this hotel were attentive and friendly, ensuring that our basic amenities were well taken care of. Breakfast at the hotel was quite good, offering a wonderful start to the day.

The variety of options for breakfast was a bit limited, such as the selection of cheese and fruits.

Booked the hotel for my mother. Very nice location, very clean, many possibilities to relax inside and outside the hotel. The hotel also fulfilled the wish for an extra bed within a few hours.

I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which gave me plenty of energy for the day ahead. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is located in a small village, offering a tranquil escape from the bustling city. The rooms with a view of the village are simply stunning. I especially loved sitting on the balcony, taking in the picturesque surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and filled me up for the day ahead.

Everything.The location very is very near to Innsbruck.A Number j bus near Maria Theresa Strasse gets you there in 15 miutes.Staff and food good .Spa facilities and swimmimg pool lovely. We asked for a later check out - 12 am as wanted another swim in the pool before leaving and we were allowed - how nice was that ..Great hotel
