The staff here was attentive and reasonably good, the room was modern and brand-new with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the separate bathroom, and it had a breathtaking view of the mountains.

big size and clean hotel, location was excellent and beautiful near to a mountain, uludag for the first time, and the cafe. central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the room and the very comfy bed. lovely friendly staff and altogether a very nice experience. amazing breakfast, with variety of food. free parking nearby provided. a fitness club was a big bonus too. great way to end our vacation.

The location was perfect and nice, close to Kartanesi. It was across the ski area. The a la carte restaurant had amazing food and outstanding service.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable experience. Ismail, the bell boy, greeted us with a bright smile and personally carried our bags to the hotel. Mihirba at the ski club was incredibly helpful in arranging ski lessons for our daughter and providing advice on navigating the snow. The all-inclusive package offered a wide variety of delicious food at the expansive restaurant, and Mr. Sefik, the restaurant manager, was always welcoming and attentive. Another staff member, Mr. Yousuf, gave us a thorough tour of the spa and other facilities with utmost professionalism and care. The cleanliness of the rooms and the ski-to-door access were also commendable. we were extremely satisfied with our stay in Turkey and highly recommend this resort!

Good location for skiing in Turkey with excellent ski slopes and ski rental. The hotel provides good meals with a variety of options for different tastes. The rooms are well-furnished with a nice view of the surrounding mountains.

Not a great place to spend Easter- no festive spirit or decorations. There were no hand sanitizers available in the lobby or eating areas.
