        Views were spectacular and there are lots of walks to do in, super friendly a winderfull place to go for a romantic break. The building is great fun and the service was impeccable, the staff are most helpful and the gardens extensive and well maintained, the rooms have avery definite Victorian feel and the cottages are just a delight. The food is excellent.

        Excellent location the service was fantastic and the food out of this world, hotel room was a lovely cottage, quite and private, the staff were very good and the gardens were fabulous. The jacuzzi was a perfect temperature and the meal was superb the wines delightful. The dinner was just impeccably prepared and served, the gym was well equipped and the pool was clean.

        The room spaces were generous and the common areas well appointed and spacious, the setting ate fantastic and the staff and top class, the service was far better on the Sunday. The food was excellent and the gardens were beautiful.

        Beautiful gardens, splendid views, fabulous food, and very nice spa, lovely friedly hotel, perfect country house. Very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room, comfy sofas in each. Breakfast was very good also.

        Probably the best hotel we' and lovely exterior views alongside warm,cosy comfortable interiors. Staff were very good indeed, dinner in the main dining room was excellent and tea delivered to the door in the morning was a nice touch and was dead on time. The spa was smart clean.

        The setting is magnificent and the service is excellent and friendly and I cannot wait to go back. Accommodation is delightful, the grounds are superb and the ambience is very special, the spa and treatments are to die for, and the food and drink was amazing. Gardens are well maintained.
