We liked service and people there, everything needed for our holiday. It was really a lovely hotel for a trip to Castries. Wi Fi was available. We enjoyed the property and would definitely go back.

Great food and excellent spa services. The beach was clean and the water was clear. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was close to many attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The pricing was a bit steep and the additional fees were unclear. The room was not worth the price we paid.

Guests can enjoy Thai Chi classes with the fantastic instructor Edwin, who leads sessions on a deck overlooking the sea. The location alone is perfect for relaxation and focus. The hotel also caters to different dietary requirements, with clear labeling making it easy for vegans like myself to make choices. The food at the Club House and Deli is absolutely delicious, and the staff at the Deli are friendly and attentive. Additionally, the hotel creates a friendly and sociable atmosphere, particularly for solo travelers, with communal tables for meals and a welcoming round table setup in the Piano Bar. The warm, intimate feel of the hotel encourages guests to connect with each other and make lasting friendships.

Over the Christmas period, I had a great time at this resort. The location was stunning, with beautiful beaches and clear waters perfect for swimming. The food was plentiful and delicious, with a range of options to choose from. I especially liked the variety of activities available, including water sports and fitness classes.
The service was hit or miss at times, with some staff members seeming disinterested in helping guests. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation to make them more comfortable.
