Great location, absolutely beautiful hotel and the building is quite nice.

Great location, nice beach, good pools (gets crowded quickly).

Best: location, common areas, spa and golf facilties, and activity options.

Taxi and limos to this hotel from the West Palm Beach Airport was $70 one way.

The water taxi is not currently taking people over to the beach club (which is being renovated) but the shuttle bus came frequently to take you anywhere around the resort.

The room was delightful - a queen size canopy bed, a sitting area, two large televisions, a marbled bathroom comprising shower, bath, his and hers handbasins - and of course a balcony.

The tower rooms offer nice water views and lots of natural light, however the rooms are very standard style hotel room, king bed, desk and TV, not worth the price that you are charged.

Only the accommodations in this wing have been renovated, and to be fair, my room was gorgeous--darkwood louvers, four poster bed, hardwood floors with carpet inlays, a huge bathroom, and best of all, a terrace with a stunning ocean view.

The bed was super comfy, the room clean but the bathroom was "worn".

I also recommend getting the Bed & Breakfast package as the Cathedral Dining Room (with views of the water) has one of the more decadent Breakfasts you can imagine.

We had a lavish buffet breakfast with omelet bar that was very reasonably priced with the meal plan, but otherwise quite pricy.

The cost of the wet bar items was outrageous, as were most of the food items at the restaurants, but the almond croissants were to die for!

50 for a coffee to go in the coffee shop, $29 breakfast buffet in the restaurant) and they add 18% "service charge" on everything.

We found a Publix close by and bought food for breakfast and lunch so we didn't have to go out.

The beach bar closes at 6pm and the restaurants are all fairly formal, and most have dress codes.

We found reception and concierge staff were devoid of personality, lacking in basic knowledge and a little on the rude/unhelpful side.

I was very eager to get off the property every night - horrified about what type of service might be in the restaurants - on at least three occasions the front desk/concierge hung up on me when I asked for a cab to be sent to the Bungalows.

He is one of the best front desk managers I've come across (and I used to travel 40 weeks a year before retirement) Room service food was very good, and very prompt.

The water shuttle to the beach was a fun, quick trip, and the fitness center I used (there are several) had the latest equipment.

There are Golf, Tennis and Fitness facilities as well as a world class Spa.

View was nice of the bay once you get over that you are right above an employee/valet parking lot, the quality is good and pool is great.

There is no wireless internet (there is, however, an ethernet cord that only extends 2 feet from the desk).

VERY clean (restrooms, exhibit hall, dining areas)(my room's old carpet, dusty baseboards, and cobwebs avec residents around the door, were the only things that I was not too keen on).

The staff was kind, bathroom were sparkly clean and modern, the meals at the convention were excellent.

In addition the room clean, ornate high ceilings and this delightful meal cost me over $250.

I was misinformed about the "club level" room option (and still am not clear what is included in club level).

Bathroom VERY clean, great restaurants and spa facilities very nice.
