This hotel offers fantastic value for money. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail is impressive, with a kitchenette and TV in each room. The location is superb, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all that Brussels has to offer.
Everything was okay and I had a great stay.

The room was faced to the garden, wich gave us a nice view, given the location in the city center.
We are experienced B&B users, so we know how to compare. This B&B is unmannned, so there is nobody to approach directly in case of questions or problems. There was only a tel.no. to call to, which is a treshold. The hot water from the shower and the bath was finished after no more than 5 min. We couldn't reach the owner directly, and he didn't have a voicemail. But he called back after our call, and the issue was solved during the day. Moreover the ventilator was running all the time, wich made a lot of noise, and there was no switch to turn it off. The breakfast was self service and very poor : 3 cheap pots of jam and paste. No cheese, no fish or meat, no veggies. The kitchen was not cleaned at all the next day. For a B&B that positions itselfs in the luxury segment, we found it our worst experience since a couple of years.

Concept is: there is no staff. Newly furnished, design rooms, cosy kitchen for all-day use and all amenities available, but no staff. Good instructions and for the rest all on your own. Not for the person with no travel experience or a meagre knowledge of English or French, but comfortabel for those only looking for a room with breakfast in an area in between shopping streets, tourist centre and European quarter. Nice garden access for all rooms, quite street.
You do not expect the garden floor to be in the basement and the directions are not easy. Wifi did not work as expected and cushions were quite soft. All the rest was comfortable and spacious

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to a park where we could relax and enjoy nature. Additionally, it was conveniently situated near the city center, making it easy for us to explore the area. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also well-appointed, giving us everything we needed. The service was efficient and friendly, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered was basic but of good quality, giving us a good start to the day.
The wifi connection in the hotel was not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient for us during our stay.

I liked the design and comfort, very good shower.
. However the wifi didnt work, and as there is no permanent reception, in case of any problems, this may be an issue.

Great location near key attractions and easy transport access. The room was clean and fairly spacious, with a comfortable bed and a lovely balcony with a great view. The breakfast was quite good, with a good selection of foods to choose from.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the noise and the lack of privacy. The walls were thin as paper, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms.

Very clean, modern, fast internet.
100% self service, no staff at all, no shower gel, no shampoo - no big deal, but would have been good to know in advance.

nice room; easy access, by a code on the door.
Neither Internet plug nor WI-FI were working. No receipt (I am waiting it by e-mail...) Poor breakfast. I had to look in the fridge and arrange by myself; nothing had been prepared.

Very nice style. Good atmosphere. Very close to the European parliament and metro station. I was in Brussels for a conference and stayed one night there. Even not having a front desk, I had no problems to access the building and the personnel of B&B Urban were very kind by email, even giving me the chance to do my check in earlier. The breakfast is also fair. I highly recommend!
