There was a beautiful balcony with the ocean view. For tea and goodies visit wailua shave ice, located close by. We recommend it to all:)))

Location was good. Grounds were very nice. Nice little extras like golf and tennis and croquet. 2 bedroom suite was quite spacious, mbr and bath was set up very nicely, and spaciously. Good size kitchen, nice lanai. We felt the price was a good value for what we got.
The smaller bedroom was too warm, but getting a floor fan was helpful. Would love to see some recliner lawn chairs out front ocean side of resort to relax in facing the ocean. Have seen this at other resorts. We had a family of 4 children 3 being boys over 6ft tall. They need their own beds to sleep in, so 2 twin beds in second bedroom would have been better for us than one double. We brought two blow up air mattresses.

Nice beachfront place. Good rooms, spacious, clean with plenty free parking. Couple blocks walk into Kapa'a town for shops & restaurants.

Location and facilities were great, staff very friendly.
Wish that cost for local phone calls, internet and laundry were included in the room price.

It was the only condo available through our Global Discovery Vacation club . I really wish there were more options. Pono Kai is good, but a bit old. Why isn't there free wireless in each unit?
