        Our mini bar was stocked daily and our room was cleaned daily, the breakfast and lunch buffets were great.

        Incredibly comfortable beds, great rooms and clean, good variety of food options, beautiful Pool.

        Completely unacceptable in any hotel situation, no matter the culture and the spa might as well not be there as there is no mention of services anywhere.

        This place is great for the price and the rooms and resort is nice and clean, and the pool is wonderful. The food is fantastic, excellent at each of the 3 restaurants and the buffet.

        Other hotels down the beach have nice beaches and comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. The food is also very good and the swmming pools are very large.

        Just returned from this hotel yesterday and the staff were totally awesome. Room service was always prompt, the drinks were great and the Mexican was very good too and we were not impressed by the Italian. Jose the manager was extremely nice.

        We loved our stay and appreciated the good service and all the surrundings of the hotel, the staff were very nice and accomodating, the room was great , 2 wall mounted lcd tvs. The French restaurant was fabulous.

        Night life in Playa del Carmen is fantastic and the water therapy is definitely to most entensive I have experienced. The pool is very nice and the entire complex is aesthetically pleasing.

        Some of the staff just seemed grouchy and great BEDS. Plush, plentiful, huge towels and bathrobes, the food in the extra 5 specific resturants us less good then the buffet, the pools were very nice and spacious.
