Clean and perfect place with exceptionally nice and amiable staff upon my request. Decent setting, really close to taxis also lots of Bars/cafes and a selection of Restaurants and the island of Las Gomera.

It was good value among other available hotels in Puerto de Santiago. The place was clean and gorgeous, had lovely and wonderful staff all from waiters to cleaners to reception.

Thanks very much for the stay in this place - would return here. The rooms are decent sized with a good view, and the location is STUNNING close to The local beach. They serve hot breakfasts for all tastes with cheese.

The room itself was new-fashioned with a balcony as well as the garden and the breakfast was warm. The location was peaceful in a superb area, not far from lovely shops, bars and the marina, island and the “ restaurant “.

The setting is lovely and stunning, just next door to nearby beaches, shops and bars and the restaurant personal.

The hotel was set in a central area close enough to nearby beaches, very tasty food, salad bar, drinks, tea and coffee machine, Tenerife to party and the sea front. The room was modern and neat, had a lounge, a couch, and a sofa bed.

There were good beds and a safe box, a work desk, and a TV set with satellite channels inside the room. The views across the pool were wonderful. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from Arena Beach.

I was offered a room with incredibly beautiful views of the sea. Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Playa Chica was unbeatable.

My stay was excellent of this holiday. The room I booked was kept clean and available with fridges, lounge 2 single beds in bedroom, fresh towels. The breakfast was warm for what was on offer, with cheese. The location was marvellous, near restaurant and bar to cleaning staff as well as beach, shops and restaurants, good value.

Perfect location close to beach, helpful staff, everything was pleasant. The breakfast was nice hot with cheese, had everything you could want. Location: the hotel was right by lovely shops, bars and the marina, the planted gardens and local restaurants. Moreover, it was 3 km from Playa de los Gigantes Public Beach. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was good. Appreciated every minute of being there, would recommend.

Good small and flawless accommodation with extremely friendly staff upon my request on the Access Point location. Lovely location in a relatively quiet area close enough to the planted gardens as well as the restaurant. Easy walk to Shopping Center.

The property has a brilliant location, really close to nearby beaches, very tasty food, salad bar, drinks, tea and coffee machine, Tenerife and the beautiful island of Tenerife in the grand canaria. Exceptionally good rooms complete with fridges, a balcony and what looked like a kitchenette.
