Ocean view from every room! If you can ride a motorbike (May be rented nearby or in the next door hotel, the direct price is 300 bat per day but we had it for 250. In the town a motorbike can be rented for 150- 200. Prepare a copy of your passport.), the location is excellent - remote from noisy and crowdy Patong. Otherwise be prepared to pay for a tuk-tuk or a taxi or to wait for a shuttle-minibus. Rooms are very spaceous, have baths and showers at the same time. A half-transparent window between the room and the bathroom wasn't a problem for us. Wi-fi only at the lobby but may reach some rooms. Would stay there again. Вид на океан из каждого номера. С удовольствием пожил бы там еще!

If you wake up late you may fail to find all the selectoin of meals at breakfast - it seems that those who wake up earlier eat in bulk )) The hotel's beach is beautiful but tiny, rocky and has a shallow seabed - almost unsuitable for swimming. Please bear in mind that this is not a problem, there is a next door hotel's beach for free. Он маленький, каменистый и имеет мелкое дно. Это не проблема, т.к. в соседнем отеле неплохой бесплатный пляж.

Room was spacious, clean and had an awesome view of Patong bay..tritrang beach is quiet and really quite nice.

Steps steps and more steps. Breakfast not worth eating and shuttlebus service inadequate. Desk staff disgracfully rude and after the shuttle left us stranded in town, no apology or taxi fare refund. Worst hotel staff experience in over 3months of travelling in Asia. Give this place a miss.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel right above the beach with a breathtaking sea view. This place offers enhanced comfort with its well-appointed rooms that have all the necessary amenities. I felt secure knowing there was an in-room safe to store my belongings, and the free wi-fi allowed me to stay connected. The television and telephone in the room were also convenient amenities to have.

This hotel is highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Very comfortable big room with really huge bathroom. Big balcony with nice view. Very clean. You need to have a car beacuse it's far away from center of Patong.

The beach is full of rocks. It's impassible to swim.

Going to Patong beach is very expensive unless you have rented a vehicle

No restaurant nearby , not good connectivity with other places. It's pretty much isolated place and if one wants to visit different places - it's definitely not very recommended.

Told how to use a toilet .....can not use toilet paper ...sorry but that does not work for me , staff rude and unhelpful .....housekeeping uses water out the toilet to mop floors with ....toilets blocked and flood floor ....ect ect ect

Great ocean view from rooms and good breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a quiet and peaceful location, away from the busy city center, but still accessible by shuttle bus. The private beach was a plus, and the pool area was relaxing.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and the service was slow. The restaurant menu was not very diverse and the prices were high.

All the rooms are big, sea facing with balcony, excellent access from d hotel to the sea.

This hotel is new and not many people know about it, there is no lift in d hotel, staff have to carry your luggage with you by stairs , we stayed on the 5 th floor with 2 heavy bags. Night market and patong beach shops n all are 10 - 15 min drive from hotel.

The room is great, very specious, clean, airy, sunny and comfortable. The sea view from balcony is really nice. We loved it. The hotel is beautiful and quiet, suitable for those who love tranquility, but for those who love fun and party, it's not for you. Our 2 kids really enjoyed the swiming pool. We like the surrounding around the hotel as there are a lot of trees. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday. They have free transfer to Patong center, you just need to tell them in advance. The beach Tri Trang is very near, walking 5 minutes. We love most is the tranquility, cleanliness, coziness of the hotel.

There is a window between sleeping part and bathroom where you can look through, really uncomfortable. Very little staff for such a big hotel on average two a day for the whole hotel. No elevator to the upper level rooms so you carry your luggage yourself. Swimming pool dirty and not being cleaned. Have not seen anyone swimming during my stay. Parts of hotel not being cleaned and also some garbage on the beach. Internet only available in the lobby and bad signal quality during my stay..

The Resort is located on a beach front which gives a very good view of the open sea from the rooms, Rooms are good with all amenities.

The service from staff is very poor as we had to carry our own baggage to the rooms and that too without a lift to the upper flows. We had a bad experience climbing up and down on stairs. I do not think it deserves a 4* rating by Booked.net. secondly the resort is little deserted and no markets nearby.
