The location is excellent and we were able to walk to Stanley Park easily, the hotel has a decent breakfast at a reasonable price, the staff are friendly and helpful and the room was large comfortable and clean.

The rooms in the higher floors have nice views and the beds are comfortable and you can tell the linens are crisp.

We stay multiple times for business and we do not get a corporate rate, the food is good and seems always to be crowded.
