  The ambience and the very helpful and friendly staff, nice quiet room. Just coffee and definitely a good choice for me. Exquisite gardens.

  Gloomy decor poor lighting, not worth the money and no mirror to dry my hair. Towels old.

  The location is good and decor is amazing. The staff are attentive, the shower would go between scolding hot and cold, the restaurant is excellent and the loung bar also. Blakes is clearly designed towards the French leisure traveller.

  Location for London was excellent, food was good quality, staff were helpful and friendly, service was proper. The rooms were clean and the young Chef Victor Garvey was fabulous.

  The bar and rest was closed as appeared someone had came in, sheets were scratchy and there was a thin covering.

  Brilliant south ken location handy for king' and lovely Blakes. The staff were very attentive, the room was fun and comfortable and romantic, the restaurant, we only had breakfasts was excellent.

  The room was stunning throughout and a perfect location for my fiance to propose to me, the restaurant too had a very pleasant atmosphere, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

  Central for amenities , theatre, shops, fantastic Hotel and the staff tried to be considerate. On a quiet square and the rooms are luxurious.

  London is a great city; Blakes makes even better and the best thing about the hotel is its location. Service is very fast, the bath and the room itself is spacious, clean and quiet.
