This place is located right on the main beach, making it super convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything from air conditioning to a mini-bar and a balcony. I was also impressed by the free toiletries and electric kettle provided in the room. The dining options at this venue were fantastic, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area available. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind, and the flat-screen TV in the room provided entertainment after a long day of exploring.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Only location is good - close to port and seafood restaurants.

First of all, would mention that pictures on Booked.net are way far from reality. Rooms are rather small and the pool is not that nice (water is dirty) and small too. Most staff don`t speak English - however they do accept credit cards although the hotel description states otherwise. Overall I tend to think the hotel is overpriced considering you could have a private room with aircon in the nearby hotels for USD 25-35. If you really go for a private villa - stay in Ko-ko-mo (we checked out the villas - they were really nice; it`s a shame the resort was fully booked therefore we couldn`t move there).

The private plunge pool was great for skinny dipping, but the shared kitchen was a little awkward when I found other guests using my butter for their breakfast.

Who needs a 24-hour front desk anyway? I mean, who wants help 24/7?

We loved the small pool in the villa - perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even making a birthday cake and singing happy birthday at breakfast. They were very friendly and made us feel right at home. The privacy of the villa, including the private pool and nice apartments, was a highlight. All amenities were provided in the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. a great experience for people who like karaoke and casinos.

The private pool was amazing. Upon our request they cleaned the pool perfectly. The room is elegantly designed, the spacious shower has hot water the whole day. Location is excelent - beside Irish Pub. It is a little bit loud, but that did not bother us. It is great to swim in private pool and have music :) No electricity problems as some of the other guest complained. The staff were very friendly. The facility is very private cca 3m wall surrounds the villa - no neighbors can be seen. We liked the room service - you can order anything from the bar outside even just two cold beers. They accept Mastercard.

Fridge in the room would be nice.

Odd set up with two bedroom actually being separate entries, but lovely clean modern units, and comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful management and staff. One of the managers even gave my friend a Bahasa lesson.

It is close to he late night bar so a bit noisy if you want to sleep before 1 a.m.

Our family with kids had a fantastic experience in this charming hotel. The location was superb, boasting easy access to shopping areas and fast boats. We enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff and relished the great cable TV and quiet, cool room which facilitated a good night's sleep. Breakfasts with beautiful views were amazing. Plus, the private pool, comfortable beds and clean rooms provided great benefits.

Nice pool, great location, and friendly staff! The private pool was lovely and had beautiful surroundings. The hotel is located in the heart of the island close to all restaurants and beaches. , the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was a little too small to properly move about, and the breakfast was not as expected. However, these were minor issues that didn't detract from our wonderful weekend.

The hotel staff were fantastic, very pleasant and thorough. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers. The towels and beach towels provided were great. The breakfast at the beach bar was lovely. Iqbal was sympathetic and helpful when my jewelry was stolen. The deluxe villa with plunge pool was fabulous and well-maintained. The location is perfect for couples to relax and chill, close to the main strip of Gili Trawangan. The staff were always friendly and willing to help.

locationwise OK, 2 mins walk from Villa Ombak. The water for shower better as its not salt compared with Villa Ombak which provide salt water for shower.

No extra towel to replace the wet one. very difficult to ask the staff (female staff) at that time and need to argue with her for 2 mins to get new towel.

Location was great, and very comfortable bed. Good to have both hot and cold fresh water shower.

Value for money was excellent, the room was nicely decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us.

Food for breakfast could have been better with some improvements in quality and accuracy of orders.
