Great price and the hotel was very clean.

Good location to have a base motel, the rooms are very clean.
Great location, nice value and the rates are about as good as you'll find in Montrose.
Great location to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, the staff is also nice and friendly, breakfast is Continental.

The continental breakfast was better than most and included make-your-own waffles.

What I really liked was the black canyon Inn has parking for quad trailers.
We would come in from hunting and never had to worry about parking our trailers.
High-Speed internet was also available and we made a good use of it.
Moreover large clean room, free wireless broadband and breakfast included fresh made waffles.
Furthermore the staff is very friendly, rooms are clean.
