Bishops Lodge Resort And Spa is a high end resort with a friendly small town ambience. You will find a different side of Santa Fe here at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The resort offers luxurious lodging and endless four-season recreation nestled on 450 beautiful acres in the Tesuque Valley of Northern New Mexico. It is surrounded by a national forest, yet it is only three miles from the Historic Plaza district of downtown Santa Fe. The property offers 111 beautiful sleeping rooms, located in 15 separate lodges that range from renovated historic to contemporary and luxurious. The ShaNah Spa and Wellness Center has a full menu of services and tranquil Southwestern ambience. There is also the fantastic Las Fuentes Restaurant & Bar with breathtaking views, and outdoor dining.

                      The newer rooms are larger and located in more tranquil areas, on the positive side, the recreational facilities at the hotel are very nice. Bathrooms also need to be updated.

                      Our room was nice in that had two large bedrooms and a living area and two baths, the service and atmosphere was great. The spa was beautiful and the staff extremely helpful, the bed was comfortable. All food was tasty and nicely presented, dinner was spectacular.

                      Overall, a wonderful stay and super Service. Outdoor dining room one morning and great robes. Incredible breakfast and the pool was clean and very cold.

                      Nice decor, great staff and hot water takes about 5 minutes to heat up. Dinner at the restaurant was very good and the spa was wonderful, the pool was clean, big and deep and open all night.

                      This place was just an utter contridiction and the staff were friendly, as in family, friendly. The rooms had connecting bunk rooms and a nice private patio, the restaurant was beautiful and the breakfast buffet excellent, spa itself was lovely and very tranquil.

                      View was great from the balcony and santa Fe in general, was dissapointing as well. The staff were amazing and our room was quite spacious. Salsa and chips were awesome, the waiters in particular were very helpful. The spa was fine.

                      Gorgeous views from the deluxe ridge rooms, the setting of the Bishop's lodge is lovely and the spa is well kept and the staff is friendly. S fireplaces, and a nice size balcony/patio, the food is fantastic. The pool is lovely, and the gym is adequate.
