Good location for nec shows, excellent hotel and service, staff extremely friendly.
This made the stay alot more enjoyable, from check in to departure staff were very attentive and the room was fine and clean.
The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, our second booked room was very tiny.

Location for the nec is superb, much cheaper hotels provide this for free and sauna and steam room very good as are changing rooms. Reception staff are friendly and helpful as are the restaurant staff.
