The apartment at BIO Suites Hotel was absolutely amazing! The separate bedroom and combined living room and kitchenette gave me and my friends plenty of space to hang out and relax. The two TVs were a great addition, allowing us to watch different shows at the same time. We felt right at home!

Personal preference, but I didn't really enjoy the room service menu. But hey, tastes differ and others might still love it!

Bio Suites Hotel in Rethymno is my go-to place! The staff is helpful, especially when they assisted with my elderly parents. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, poolside snack bar, and more. Can't wait to come back!

The room was spacious and in a quiet spot as requested. The staff was warm, professional, and helpful, giving good tips around the city. The breakfast and dinner had a huge variety of food and choices.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Rethymno, Crete. The location was fantastic as it was near the beach, allowing me to easily enjoy the sun and sand. The rooms were spacious and always kept clean by the attentive room service. The hotel provided excellent services such as internet, printing, and even a spa for relaxation. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food in the restaurant, with a wide variety of options and friendly staff. The energy and friendliness of the staff, including Stella, Ionna, Vasiliki, Sofia, Mpesmir. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to visit again someday. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The hotel's location is very convenient since it is close to the sea and the beach. The staff was welcoming and helpful during our stay. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, especially the pool area. Lastly, the breakfast offered a nice variety of food.

Located close to the beach and Rethymnon old town, this hotel boasts stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean rooms with daily maid service. The staff is helpful, efficient, and polite, and they offer an excellent variety of GF food. Guests can also enjoy a heated pool with ample sunbeds and brollies, a small children's play area, and different entertainments almost every night.

One minor negative aspect is that drinks are not included in the half-board price, and guests have to buy them separately.

The room was quite spacious and with lots of accessories. The position of the hotel is ideal for summer and winter vacations in the city.

The breakfast should have a little more variety.
