The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and easily accessible to the city center. There are also great pubs and restaurants nearby. The rooms are well equipped and the staff provides excellent service.

Excellent, helpful and very friendly staff. Very comfortable, clean and modern hotel. Competitively priced and conveniently positioned, I would definately stay there again.

Only that the hot water at breakfast was tepid despite asking for freshly boiled water, not hot enough for English tea.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is very close to the main railway station in Leuven. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms on the top floors were spacious and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the rooms with a balcony overlooking the gaol, providing a unique view of the city. Additionally, the breakfast included a variety of hot and cold items, with fresh fruit served. this hotel offers great value for money and pays attention to detail.

It was pity to not have a bath. The ventilation within the bathroom was not optimal so it would heat up pretty quickly. Nice for the winter but ennoying during warm weather

It is near the station and a convenient walking distance from the historic center of Leuven. My room was large, clean, and very comfortable; the hotel was quiet, the breakfast excellent. I also found the hotel staff pleasant, helpful and efficient. There is a large lobby, and the hotel provides a lobby computer for checking e-mails, which is very convenient.

A nightlight bulb in my room was burned out, but the staff changed it after I told them about it. (They might want to tell their cleaning ladies to make checking all the lights part of their job.) Otherwise, I really have nothing negative to say. The hotel was ideal for me.

I have stayed at the hotel a number of times over the last couple of years. Due to the reception work being carried out if did reduce the overall initial impression of friendliness I had previously received. The weather was warm, which was great, but the bedroom at the front of the hotel was very noisy this time if I tried to leave the window open at night. I would however return as convenient and good value for money

Didn't like single beds pushed together when I was assured a Queen bed. Rooms overheated and couldn't regulate temperature.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is within walking distance from both the train station and the city center. This makes it very convenient for exploring the area and finding good pubs and restaurants nearby. The breakfast provided exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of food including fruits, hot and cold dishes, and great coffee.

For Leuven, this is a really nice place with attentive staff, spacious room, quiet location and they really provide an exceptionally nice top quality breakfast included with fantastic assortment of meats, cheese, fruits you would find at a 5-star hotel. Not far from the main train station, perhaps a 5-10 walk and also not far from the center of Leuven or meeting rooms at the University. A very good value. I was able to compare to the IBIS in Leuven, and this is a much better choice.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located, with extremely nice and helpful staff. The staff is really extraordinary! Clean place, without bad or unusual smells, everything that we needed - was there. And they serve very good coffee as well as tasty breakfast!

Just minor things: drops of water leaking from a tap, which needs small maintenance; additional charge for internet use – nowadays internet access is like a fresh water or electricity – should be included. But overall – other places have the same odd policy, and the Binnenhof hotel in my opinion is really very good one!
