Excellent hotel-like accommodations at a reasonable price, their customer service was great and the room itself was large and clean.
The location was near the airport, the Biltmore hotel was one of the best hotels i have ever been to and the price was good the staff was nice and polite.
Making a very peaceful view, added great ambiance to the hotel and definitely worth the price paid.
I travel frequently on business and this non-chain hotel has some character which is welcomed after months in the same cookie-cutter chain hotels that cost twice as much.
This location is an older facility but it has been well maintained and is very clean.
Its a good location to base your Oklahoma City vacation.
They have everything and the location is Great!
Its near the airport so its a good place to spend the night before an early-morning flight if you are from out-of-town.

There were two double beds in the room, even though we had requested one king bed.
The room was very outdated with faded bed spread and old furinture.
The bathroom door was so wide and swung inwards into the bathroom and took up so much room that you had to step between the toilet and the vanity to CLOSE the door!
The outlet in the room to use for my lap-top and a lamp didn't work, so I had to use my lap-top by sitting on the foot of my bed.
The rooms were very run-down, had a funny smell, and things like the shower, toilet, bathroom door, etc.
5 star hotel but very close to 3 stars just because of the indoor connected bar and restaurants with decent prices, plus the location is on a main road with other restaurant options and just off a major highway.
We were given cards for free breakfasts in the restaurant, but were still charged for breakfast.
I was even able to treat my family to dinner in the hotel's restaurant, which serves a divine breakfast as well!
The Brandywine dining room was beautiful also; we ate the breakfast buffet both days we were there.
The only good thing was that they did give us two free breakfast buffets instead of just the free continential breakfasts we usually get, but you know what?
The staff were very attentive, the room service was great and the food was so-so at best.
I think the management and staff are doing a great job competing with the other hotels in the area and it offers all the services I expect (wireless internet, expanded TV channel selection, restaurants onsite, and nice pools).
We had a nice view of the garden and pool from our room, making it a very peaceful view.
The pool area was very nice and clean, my stay at the Biltmore was a great expierence.

Only real complaint is the internet is wireless and the signal strength low but it was okay enough.

The place really looks like an outdated motel at best, staff are doing a great job competing and the bathroom didn't appear to be as clean as I would have liked.
