  The location was great and the hotel desk staff were wonderful. The price was excellent, lobby area had nice furniture and the personnel were very accomodating to me. Room was fairly clean and the kitchen was willing to let me buy milk for my baby late at night.

  The bathtub did not drain well at all, the pool was filthy.

  The location is perfect for shopping, place to eat, drink, play and swim, just a good all around place to stay, the rooms are always very clean as is the rest of the building. Staff is friendly and helpful, the water in the shower would all of a sudden get very hot and burn us. Newspapers free only for select guests, the pillows are great and excellent cuisine from the stoney brook restaurant.

  Convenient location and ok for a quick stop. Our stay was a pleasant and the price was very good. The staff were rude and employees were very knowledgeable.

  The lobby and hallway gave us a false sense of security, tv was not free.

  The airport shuttle in the early morning was very efficient and front desk clerk was very nice and pleasant made us feel very welcome. The price was excellent and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were decent. Drinks were great.

  The price was great and the water park was nice for young children and the location was close to several eating places. The staff were friendly, the waitress in the dining room was super and the breakfast was good and the lounge was fun.

  For the price this was a clean and quiet option, convention Center and found to be a great place to stay, the staff were very helpful and polite. The room was nice and the service was good and the food was excellent in the restuarant.

  Great stay and friendly efficient staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms, large fluffy pillows. The food is excellent.

  The pool area is filthy, the towels are AWFUL.
