I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bigbox Allgaeu Hotel in Kempten for a business trip. The hotel was chosen by our director, and I must say, it was a fantastic choice. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities for guests to enjoy, including a 24-hour fitness center. It was great to be able to work out and stay active even during my busy schedule. The fitness center was well-equipped and provided everything I needed to stay in shape. Just having this facility available made my stay at the Bigbox Allgaeu Hotel even more enjoyable.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had modern amenities. The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, allowing me to check out later so I didn't have to wait in the lobby.

The breakfast option could have been better.

While staying at Bigbox Allgau, we experienced wifi issues similar to other guests, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve it for us. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this luxurious hotel before and the service is truly excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern-style with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, including amazing croissants. Plus, the hotel's location is extremely convenient, being right next to a shopping mall and within walking distance of the city center and many restaurants.

Close to center market, restaurants, and indoor mall. Excellent service. Many choices for breakfast and excellent dinner. Lovely little bar.

We loved the convenience of the location next to the shopping mall and being in the city center. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, with a nice restaurant. The breakfast buffet had great options and the staff was friendly and helpful. Transportation was easy since the hotel was just 5 minutes off the autobahn.

staff: very professional. location: very good - walking distance to shops - restaurants - cafes, and the centre of town. insights: discovered a shopping mall across the street with a supermarket and variety of restaurants. service: allowed me to check out later - which was convenient.

Can just recommend.

During our Easter stay, we appreciated the well-decorated and clean rooms, which offered a great view. Breakfast had a decent spread, with a variety of food choices. The hotel’s location is key, as it is situated right across from a large shopping center, and a short walk away from the bustling shopping street. it was quiet and we had no issues with noise.

We experienced connectivity issues with the wifi - the signal was weak and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating. Some staff members were not very friendly, and seemed bothered by our inquiries or requests.

Spent my Christmas break in a hotel in Germany. Two things were okay, food and staff. Good Xmas dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful, always asked if we needed anything. The location was really good as it was easy to get to the city centre and visit tourist attractions. Free spa/pool access was also a plus.

Rooms were really tiny, couldn't even roll our suitcases around. The bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast buffet is tasty and well recommended. the hotel offers brilliant food and a few facilities such as a restaurant, excellent staff, and funky musician silhouettes.

La colazione è ottima, con un'ampia scelta di cibi. Ci sono servizi come il parcheggio privato in struttura e la connessione Wi-Fi gratuita.
