Beautiful building and rooms with kitchenette. A wide range of savoury food at breakfast time.

Spotlessly clean rooms with a partial view and bedroom, as for instance and pretty friendly staff. 16 miles from Kona International airport.

Relaxing room and staff is always lovely and awesome.
It is a remarkable and incredibly friendly property located in Kahaluu Bay district short walk to grocery and drug stores plus a selection of decent restaurants, a shopping center, and a shopping center and grocery store. The location is marvellous and pleasant: off the main road.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was very close to a great beach. It was so convenient to be able to walk just a few minutes and have my toes in the sand. The location was also great because it was near restaurants and shops, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping. The room I stayed in had a fantastic view towards the ocean, which was a lovely bonus. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and provided excellent service. They even had beach equipment that guests could borrow, which was very convenient.
The parking at the hotel was a bit challenging.

The room I booked was big size with a covered balcony. The hotel was in an amazing location close to beaches, places to visit and grocery.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this retreat! The location and view were amazing. The room we stayed in was the Pineapple-room and it was perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and we had a little kitchen with a microwave in the room. The veranda was a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host, Gigi, was super friendly and welcoming. We really appreciated the extra amenities like the umbrellas, cooler, and beach mats that were provided. The WiFi worked perfectly and the laundry facilities were very convenient.
The shower facilities and towels were not the best. Additionally, because the area is open air, you can hear everything, including noise from other guests.

I recently stayed at a hidden gem in Kona for four nights as part of our Hawaii vacation. The location of this hotel was fantastic, tucked away in a quiet area but still close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony, microwave, and mini-fridge. We were just steps away from an amazing snorkeling spot and enjoyed delicious meals at the nearby Tropics Tavern. The property manager, Gigi, was wonderful and gave us excellent recommendations for activities on the island. She provided snorkel gear, beach towels, and chairs for our use. I would love to return to this hotel again!
100% Recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was a real treat. the kitchen was very well-equipped, making it convenient to prepare meals. The peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, added to the overall charm of this retreat.
There were a few downsides to our stay. the room lacked proper light screens, resulting in bright mornings that made it difficult to sleep in.

The location was best possible, within a close distance from White Sand Beach. The food was savoury and there were lots of dishes in the menu.
