Great location - on lakeside, there boat dock is very convenient and their employees to the BIG BEAR lake chamber of commerce. Moreover friendly Front Desk Staff, tv doesnt get good reception and our coffee pot wasnt cleaned.

10 minute walk to big bear village and the location is convenient for the town centre. Front desk friendly, the room is suprisingly well set up and our coffee pot wasnt cleaned.

Great location - on lakeside, bEST OF ALL THEY CHARGED US $357 FOR A 2 NIGHT STAY and maid service was very friendly. The room was so hot even was a beautiful cool night and the automatic fireplace was nice.

Coffee pots had not been clean in weeks and another receptionist stated that the machine was broken.
